Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Vibra Healthcare. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
  • IV Certification required.
  • One (1) year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Three (3) years medical/surgical experience preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
