Arcade Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Arcade Attendant to join our team at Harrah's Laughlin. As an Arcade Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and exciting environment for our guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all ages.

• Develop a strong understanding of the games and prizes within the Arcade, using this knowledge to answer guest questions and proactively offer information to build relationships and maximize Arcade revenues.
• Provide accurate information regarding the property and its amenities, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere for our guests.
• Monitor the Arcade to ensure a safe environment, reporting any suspicious persons or activity to the Supervisor or Security immediately.
• Address minor game and kiosk issues to avoid inconvenience and frustration for our guests, reporting unresolved issues to the Supervisor.
• Use all time productively, maintaining cleanliness of the machines and Arcade areas, as well as stocking team member supplies and machines with stock.
• Use proper cash handling procedures for any assigned bank funds, maintaining accuracy while processing sale transactions and making change.
• Complete any stock counts or other projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

• Ability to accurately make change and perform simple math.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shift hours, holidays, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
• Excellent team player supporting all areas within Retail.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull up to 100 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time or entire shift.
• Maneuver in confined spaces.
• Interact with guests and team members.
• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, twisting, and use of step stool and short ladders.
• Normal vision and hearing range.
• Tolerate high noise areas.
• Speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Work in a second-hand smoke environment.
• Recognize letters, numbers, and other visual symbols in use within the Arcade.
