Arcade Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Arcade Attendant to join our team at Harrah's Laughlin. As an Arcade Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and exciting environment for our guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all ages.

• Develop a strong understanding of our games and prize assortments to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
• Monitor the Arcade area to ensure a safe environment and report any suspicious activity to the Supervisor or Security.
• Address minor game and kiosk issues to avoid inconvenience and frustration for our guests.
• Use proper cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy while processing sale transactions and making change.
• Work with Supervisors to maintain the Redemption counter according to established merchandising standards.

• Ability to accurately make change and perform simple math.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shift hours, holidays, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

The Arcade Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with guests and team members. The ability to work in a high-energy environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
