We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join our team at Allied Universal Technology Services. As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall execution and performance of our field installation staff. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the successful installation of our electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects successfully.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of electronic security systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that installations meet quality and safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and conflicts that may arise during installation projects.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in engineering or project management, with a strong background in electronic security systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Word. Experience with software such as Software House, Lenel, Open Options, AMAG, S2, Bravo, Milestone, Exact, and ONSSI is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel to job sites as needed, with occasional overnight travel required for remote site projects, meetings, and training.
- Bonus: Eligible for bonus based on performance.
