Key Responsibilities:- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical fixtures, wiring, and lighting for all City buildings, gardens, signage, and outdoor venues managed by the Field Services Department.
- Working under general supervision, you will be part of a team led by an Electrician III and report to the Chief Electrician.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical issues, and making repairs as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical technology or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair; experience working in a government setting a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
