Job Title: Vehicle Maintenance Technician DOT

At SP+, we are committed to making every moment matter for a world on the go. As a Vehicle Maintenance Technician DOT, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough inspections and quality repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable.
  • Maintain technical competency on assigned equipment and vehicles.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • Graduation from an approved technical school program a plus.
  • Prior experience as a Mechanic or Vehicle Maintenance Technician preferred.
  • Possess or willing to obtain all applicable ASE certifications.
  • Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement required.
  • DOT Medical Card required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers and employees.

Work Environment:

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, and using hands to handle equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, and lifting up to 100 pounds may be required.
