Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in plumbing management or a related field.

  • Exhibit a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to hold oneself and the team accountable for achieving company objectives.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace change and growth.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software.

Compensation Transparency:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, business needs, and market conditions. Additional rewards may include incentive plans and eligibility for annual bonuses.

We offer a variety of employee benefits, including health insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
