Environmental Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our EHS&S team in Winder, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall compliance of our site's environmental programs.

• Primary focus on air compliance regulations, Title V permit requirements, emissions inventory, stack testing, leak detection and repair (LDAR) / EPA Method 21, continuous emissions monitoring, and USEPA performance specifications.
• Provide facility personnel with timely technical support and guidance to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, company performance standards, and site procedures.
• Ensure reports and permit applications, renewals, and modifications, required by regulation, are generated and contain appropriate and accurate information, are complete and thorough, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Provide regulatory support and guidance for all new site construction, renovation, demolition, and modifications for timely completion of projects and continued compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Coordinate environmental education and events.
• Support the mission of the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security group within the company as an EHS&S Professional.

• 5+ years of working in a similar or related field within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• General understanding and knowledge of environmental media (air, water, waste, etc), infrastructure, and technological controls.
• Detail oriented. Technical writing and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with public and private information management systems for permits, reporting, and task management.
• Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
