About the Role: We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to work as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in our home-based treatment program. As an RBT, you will be part of a team that provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to young children affected by autism.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (most often their home) to teach essential skills through play-based activities.
  • Collaborate with board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children, promoting socialization, communication, and emotional regulation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active RBT certification.
  • A love for working with children and families.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver.
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).

What We Offer:

  • $21-23 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field.
  • Drive-time pay between sessions.
  • Ongoing training and support to ensure success in the role.
