About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team, responsible for teaching essential skills to young children with autism in a home-based treatment setting.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate will be committed to ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring they stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy.

Key Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum High School diploma.
  • Certifications: Active RBT Certification.
  • A love and passion for working with children.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
  • Auto Insurance: Name listed as an insured driver.
  • Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
  • Consistent availability for at least 6 months.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills.
