Overview

Role Responsibilities

As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for managing foreign currency exposure through a comprehensive FX hedge portfolio that includes cash flow hedging, balance sheet hedging, and net investment hedging. Your duties will include:
  • Conducting macroeconomic research and analysis to identify currency risks.
  • Developing and implementing effective hedging strategies tailored to mitigate identified exposures.
  • Executing foreign exchange transactions, including spot, forward, and options trades.
  • Collaborating with banking partners to optimize hedging costs and strategies.
  • Performing in-depth analysis of derivative instruments and their impact on financial performance.
  • Assisting in quarter-end accounting processes while ensuring compliance with hedge accounting standards.
  • Maintaining a robust control environment and participating in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams, including Tax and Financial Planning & Analysis, to support corporate initiatives.
  • Leading or assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, specifically within treasury functions.
  • Expertise in foreign exchange markets and risk management techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A high degree of integrity, motivation, and curiosity.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Bloomberg, and/or Reuters is advantageous.

Education & Credentials

A relevant advanced degree such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA, along with experience in the FX industry, is preferred.
