Position Summary:
The Pantry Person is responsible for preparing a variety of cold dishes, including salads, fruits, dressings, and hors d'oeuvres, adhering to the established recipes and standards of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all pantry food items in accordance with standard recipes or as directed by the supervisor to ensure product consistency.
  • Transport heavy food products as required.
  • Monitor and maintain proper storage conditions for all products, especially fresh produce, ensuring quality control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of refrigeration units, storage areas, and workstations to comply with health regulations.
  • Inspect and select only the freshest ingredients for menu preparation, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Utilize mathematical skills to accurately follow recipes and measurements.

Qualifications:
