UAS Trainer and Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Drone (UAS) Trainer / Specialist to join our team at Trigyn Technologies Inc. as a long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAS-related safety and utility infrastructure safety policies, techniques, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement use cases and identify flying techniques to capture deliverables.
- Ensure the client is a leader in UAS safety and risk management techniques and policies.
- Collaborate with the UAS Program Manager to coordinate joint corporate communications and outreach to new and existing stakeholders.
- Train pilots on new techniques to improve deliverables.
- Support training new Part 107 certification pilots with flying and internal processes.
- Ensure consistency in UAS operational procedures and policies and enforce them across all sites.
- Assist with the implementation, development, training, exercising, and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan at Headquarters to minimize disruption of mission-critical business operations following a disrupting event.
- Help integrate new technologies with existing functions.
- FAA Certifications: Part 107
- Ability to travel for one week at a time.
- Extensive knowledge of UAS-related safety and utility infrastructure safety policies, techniques, and procedures.
- Firm technical knowledge of the UAS market, including capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of specific models and their manufacturers.
- Proficient understanding of radio communications technology, especially those used in UASs.
- Proficient understanding of UAS IT components, including data integration, management, and usage.
- Minimum of a 2-year college degree.
- 2+ years of experience in managing drone operations.
- 1+ years of experience managing drone operations and equipment.
- 1+ years of experience working in the utility industry.
