Salary: $18.16 per hour (estimated annual salary: $37,672)

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team by performing various tasks such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:

• Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems
• Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
• Answering office telephone and giving information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individuals
• Locating and attaching appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
• Greeting office visitors and handling their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person based on their needs
• Opening, reading, routing, and distributing incoming mail or other materials and answering routine letters
• Composing, typing, and distributing meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
