- Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations, to create an engaging store environment.
- Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to learn or adapt to technology, and strong organizational skills.
- Constant Walking/Standing: 8 hours per shift.
- Occasional Lifting: Up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
- Frequent Climbing: 34-66% of 8-hour shift.
