Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
- Support sales and operational goals by completing tasks such as collecting trash, taking out the trash, and operating the compactor.
- Collect and stack carts, and push them back to the front-end of the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
- Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
- Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
- Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
