Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or a related field, complemented by over 10 years of relevant experience or a proven equivalent of experience and education.

  • Experience: Extensive project management experience leading multi-disciplinary design engineering teams for enhancements at large industrial, municipal, or water/wastewater facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle: Manage all phases of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Budget and Schedule: Oversee project schedules and budgets.
  • Client Communication: Regularly update clients on project progress.
  • Issue Resolution: Facilitate and address project issues and scope changes with the design team and clients.
  • Independent Work: Work autonomously while receiving guidance on specific assignments and complex challenges.
  • Technical Guidance: Seek technical advice on unusual or complex issues and obtain supervisory approval for proposed project plans.
  • Field Work: Engage in occasional fieldwork related to design and construction projects.
  • Supervision: Oversee other engineering and technical personnel.
