Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per yearThis position requires no prior dialysis experience, but candidates must be willing to undergo training. As a Clinical Care Professional, you will work in an outpatient dialysis center, providing empathetic and compassionate care to patients. You will build long-term relationships with patients and their families, working in a positive environment that supports teamwork and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in an intimate outpatient setting, focusing on building meaningful relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct patient observations, measuring vital signs and machine setup
- Work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Candidates may also have experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings, which can be beneficial but not required
