Michael Page is a well-established firm with over three decades of expertise in commercial renovations and new construction. We are currently in search of a traveling Construction Site Manager to oversee upcoming retail initiatives.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead all on-site personnel, including subordinate managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and uphold project plans, ensuring consistent monitoring of progress.
  • Oversee and coordinate all operations at the job site.
  • Manage workforce and subcontractors to guarantee quality workmanship and timely service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, design teams, and project managers.
  • Collaborate with local inspectors and utility representatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage quality assurance processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
  • Oversee the invoicing process and manage project financials effectively.
  • Address daily operational challenges on-site.
  • Compile daily reports detailing workforce and key activities.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a site manager in the construction sector.
  • Experience with projects throughout the Southeastern region.
  • Background in retail construction, commercial renovations, and new builds.
  • Preferred experience with structural steel construction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Educational background in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000, along with benefits and per diem.
