Job Overview

Bedrock Homes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to lead our construction teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality homes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage job site safety and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, issues, and changes.
  • Provide training and guidance to construction team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve construction processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide construction teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in construction software, including BuilderTrend, and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
What We Offer

Bedrock Homes offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package.
