Position Summary

Additionally, this role requires working closely with dispatchers to align technician expertise with service demands.

Primary Duties
  • Relay scheduling details to clients through multiple communication channels
  • Serve as a customer advocate within the organization and liaise with colleagues
  • Proactively inform clients about scheduling updates and job status
  • Assist clients with service contracts, pricing inquiries, and equipment knowledge
  • Drive new business opportunities by scheduling appointments with the service team
  • Carry out other assigned responsibilities as required
