CPS Conservatorship Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated CPS Conservatorship Specialist to join our team at the Department of Family and Protective Services. As a CPS Conservatorship Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care. You will work closely with families, communities, and other stakeholders to provide support and services to help children achieve permanency.

• Receive cases from investigators and determine the needs of each child
• Develop and implement plans to ensure the child's safety and well-being
• Work with families and communities to identify and address risk factors
• Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to provide support services
• Document case records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
• 2 years of experience in child welfare or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
