Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bulk Fluid Tanker Receiver to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation of raw receiving, HTST's, and blending equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive milk and other raw materials into receiving
  • Perform all duties associated with HTST processors, and all blending equipment
  • Ensure production needs and goals while making efforts to minimize product shrink
  • Conduct quality checks and tests of incoming fluids, as well as performing routine chemical concentration tests
  • Ensure accurately and timely monitoring of critical control points
  • Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
  • Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
  • Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
