Clean all blending, raw receiving, and HTST processing equipment.  Maintain a working knowledge of all processes associated with job. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive milk and other raw materials into receivingPerform all duties associated with HTST processors, and all blending equipmentEnsure production needs and goals while making efforts to minimize product shrinkPerform CIP and manual washing of silos and equipmentConduct quality checks and tests of incoming fluids, as well as performing routine chemical concentration testsEnsure accurately and timely monitoring of critical control pointsReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required
