Family Access Center is a fast-paced, high-volume organization serving Greene and surrounding counties. We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Welfare Specialist to join our team in providing Family Centered Services (FCS).

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or Associate of Arts degree in human services or a related field, along with two years of full-time experience in human services or a related field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing in-home interventions to children and their families using evidence-based practices to help families implement solutions to problems and strengthen relationships.
  • Acting as a resource, provider, and advocate for families to promote child welfare and well-being.
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions and case management support under contractual requirements.
  • Maintaining collaborative documentation and effective working relationships with community partners.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of community resources and service providers in the service area.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

This is a full-time position requiring scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends, as well as on-call availability to respond to crises.
