Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement PAM Strategies: Collaborate with our Identity Security Engineering team to design and implement PAM solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Refine IAM Standards and Procedures: Develop and refine our IAM standards, patterns, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Research and Deploy Solutions: Research, validate, and deploy solutions that meet our security and business requirements.
  • Drive Security Efficiencies: Identify opportunities to improve security processes and implement solutions that enable our security team to focus on more advanced tasks.
  • DevOps Focus: Possess a DevOps mindset and apply it across technology and security architecture, automation, integration, and distribution.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of IT Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a senior role directly leading IAM initiatives.
  • Cloud and On-Premises IAM Experience: Experience in both cloud and on-premises IAM solutions.
  • Governance Frameworks: Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 17799.
  • PAM and IAM Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk Preferred), SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), and application program interface (API) capabilities.
  • Certifications: CISSP (heavily preferred), CIAM, CCSP, or other equivalent certification. Or master's degree in cyber security, related field.
