Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Privileged Access Management roadmaps and strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Identity Security Engineering and IAM teams to design and implement PAM solutions that meet access policies and processes.
  • Research and validate new technologies and solutions to meet security and business needs.
  • Drive security efficiencies and enable security team members to focus on advanced tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a senior role leading IAM initiatives.
  • Experience in cloud and on-premises IAM solutions.
  • Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 17799.
  • Extensive knowledge of Privileged Access Management, SSO, MFA, Active Directory, public key infrastructure, and API capabilities.
  • CISSP, CIAM, CCSP, or equivalent certification, or a master's degree in cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Highly technical and analytical, with a proven background in IAM technology design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Track record of acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating effectively.
