We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements, preparing estimates, and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
  • Determining factors influencing production costs
  • Preparing material and labor estimates for projects
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors
  • Managing bids from vendors and contractors
  • Presenting prepared estimates to management and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and word processing programs
  • Understanding of construction documents (a plus)
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints
  • Able to coordinate and work independently
Estimated Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
