Requirements:

- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure in Missouri
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years experience in primary care or home healthcare
- Strong clinical assessment skills and excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record documentation
- Valid driver's license
Job Summary:

- Constant standing and walking
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing
- Frequent sitting, reaching, keyboard use
- Frequent use of vision and hearing
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling
