We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Lead to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day activities of nursing personnel in patient care units, providing direction to Clinical Staff, and implementing work of assigned units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and coordinates day-to-day activities of nursing personnel in patient care units
- Provides direction to Clinical Staff and implements work of assigned units
- Coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments
- Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans
- Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers to help manage the clinical situation
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
- BLS required
- RN License in state of employment or compact
Work Schedule:
5 Days - 8 Hours
Work Type:
Full Time
