Job Summary

The RN Manager Labor and Delivery is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. This role monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily function and staffing of the unit/department
  • Monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care
  • Hold staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with established policies/procedures
Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
  • 1+ years applicable experience Required
