Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Speak Easy Solutions LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one interventions to clients with autism in home and/or community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the BCBA and Senior BCBA
  • Collect data on targeted skills and behaviors using data management systems
  • Maintain a daily assigned schedule for each child to ensure individualized behavioral needs are met
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and participate in necessary meetings and trainings
  • Assist the BCBA in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Florida medicaid number required
