About the Role

TowerPinkster is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscape design solutions on various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts and plans, including site analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape design with architectural and engineering elements.
  • Prepare and present detailed design documentation, including construction drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure project deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • State of Michigan licensure preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture and site planning.
  • Strong understanding of site construction and civil engineering coordination.
  • Proficiency in CAD and/or BIM software, including Autocad and Revit 2020.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • LEED, SITES, or CPSI certification a plus.
