Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team as a travel healthcare professional in Lafayette, Indiana. This 13-week assignment offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Job

This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced nuclear medicine environment. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as ordered with accurate documentation
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide patient care
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transport patients as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
