The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week and an 8-hour shift schedule. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you can also expect a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

This Diagnostic Imaging Nuclear Medicine Specialist role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for operating various medical imaging equipment, including positron emission tomography (PET) scanners and single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) cameras. Your duties will include preparing patients for imaging procedures, conducting scans, and analyzing images to help diagnose a range of medical conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in nuclear medicine technology or a related field
  • Certification as a registered nuclear medicine technologist (CNMT)
  • Experience working with various medical imaging modalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
