About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Release Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of automotive products through verification and testing processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the Release Management lifecycle, which includes scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Own the Software Release Process: Develop and implement efficient and safe software release processes, ensuring seamless integration of sub-system components into a complete system-based release.
  • Act as a Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact responsible for a safe and efficient software release, working closely with multiple teams across the organization.
  • Plan and Execute Releases: Plan, design, implement, and oversee the integration and release process, ensuring timely and successful releases.
  • Collaborate with Technical Program Managers: Work closely with technical program managers to align on priorities and define, maintain, and track release schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Robotics.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience working on safety-critical and complex systems, such as Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, Automotive, or Aerospace Technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using issue tracking and release management tools, such as Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, and Git. Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages, such as Bash/Shell and Python. Experience with build systems, such as CMake, Make, and Bazel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is $82,000 - $138,000 USD annually.
