Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans through departmental initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine future technology roadmaps and innovation strategies.
  • Oversee the technical architecture domain and manage the technology lifecycle across various stages.
  • Mentor and develop the next generation of technical leaders within the organization.
  • Ensure the creation, monitoring, and enhancement of all ISO processes relevant to the domain.
  • Engage with all levels of the sales organization and business stakeholders.
  • Promote practices of Continuous Delivery and DevOps methodologies.
  • Work closely with Information Security teams to enhance the security framework for cloud initiatives.
  • Provide transparency through well-defined metrics, automation, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Design architectures necessary for implementing large-scale, complex cross-functional projects transitioning to cloud environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Java architect or technical lead in system development.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams in architecting and designing technical solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of various software development methodologies, including Agile, RUP, and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud-native application development.
  • Expertise in federated authentication and authorization systems such as SAML, JWT, and OAuth2.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Agile development methodologies and the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API-centric architecture, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles.
  • Experience in creating architectural diagrams and user flows using modeling tools like Visio or Lucid Chart.
