As a Nurse Supervisor at Cedar Ridge Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of efficient and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and employee development.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our patient-centered care approach.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
  • BSN preferred, with current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
