Avispa Technology is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the monthly close and reconciliation process, including revenue and expense results. They will also partner with the Controller's and Ancillary COE teams to ensure all transactions are recorded properly, including accruals.

The Finance Manager will prepare ongoing cause of change analyses to support P&L variances on annual forecasts vs. prior forecast, budget, and prior year. They will also ensure that reporting and all FP&A outputs are produced accurately and coincide with the deadlines established by Corporate Finance.

The Finance Manager will support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and 5-year plan process for games and emerging media. They will maintain the Longview planning units to ensure efficient reporting from the financial system and tailor reporting for any go-forward changes to the global financial planning system.

The Finance Manager will manage detailed templates for business teams to utilize effectively for planning purposes. They will track live updates against the last submitted projections to ensure targets are met.

The Finance Manager will support monthly meetings with business teams to run through results, communicate fluctuations from forecasts, and manage changes within guidelines. They will manage expense codes for marketing and production across new games and categories.

The Finance Manager will conduct ad-hoc modeling to support business decisions on emerging business initiatives. They will handle transactional inquiries and questions coming from the gaming team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of finance experience in a media organization, finance team, or accounting firm. They will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with an MBA/CPA a plus. They will be an expert in Microsoft Excel and have preferred experience with SAP and Longview.

The Finance Manager will be highly analytical, with data-based decision-making skills. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. They will be able to resolve problems and maximize efficiency, influencing and effectively communicating with others to drive work forward.

The Finance Manager will work both independently and in a team setting, working in office and remotely. They will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
