Lead the Way in Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse at The Heights of Tomball. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Lead and manage a team of LVNs to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
