About the Role:

Alleviate Financial Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the data analytics team to provide insights and reporting driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the data analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business opportunities where data analytics can add value.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports with a focus on Tableau/Power BI for delivering impactful and actionable visual insights.
  • Design and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in the Debt or Finance industries a strong plus but not strictly required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Expertise in SQL for querying, optimizing, and transforming large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data warehousing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects and initiatives.
