Front Desk Coordinator

Hiring Immediately: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at H&R Block. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to greet clients in a personalized and friendly manner, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate tax professional. You will also be responsible for scheduling clients according to their preferences, handling client inquiries and concerns, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our office space.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our team members to ensure that all current and future client needs are met. This may include coordinating appointments, managing client paperwork, and providing general administrative support as needed.
