The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving quality improvement initiatives across the organization. This position will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that increase value through enhanced performance, product quality, safety, and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process audits to ensure compliance with quality system standards
- Design and maintain quality systems, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Work Procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address product and process failures
- Utilize tools such as Design of Experiments, Measurement System Analysis, and Statistical Analysis to drive process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Engineering Changes and New Products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in manufacturing engineering environment
- Proficiency in engineering software, including Inventor and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Experience in processes such as wood machining, vinyl extrusion, and plastic components
