**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on relapse prevention and recovery skills.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Offering crisis intervention, emergency response, and aftercare support to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to industry standards and regulations.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in chemical dependency treatment, preferably with co-occurring disorders.
  • LPC or LCSW licensure desirable.
  • Valid Texas driver's license required.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $85,000 annual salary, based on experience.
