Shift: 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM; Starting pay is $20.00/hour.

The primary duties of this role include setting up, troubleshooting, adjusting, and operating the coating machinery and related equipment to apply solvent-based ink onto large rolls of polypropylene or polyester film. Operators are also tasked with conducting quality assurance tests.

Applicants must successfully complete a post-offer drug screening and background verification.

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
• Physical capabilities to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Prior experience in manufacturing and mechanical skills are advantageous but not mandatory
