Position DetailsShift Details: 3rd shift operates from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM; starting pay is $20.00/hour.
The primary role of this position involves setting up, troubleshooting, adjusting, and operating the coating machinery and related equipment to apply a solvent-based ink on large rolls of polypropylene or polyester film. Operators are also tasked with conducting quality tests.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a stable work history, a positive and cooperative demeanor, a willingness to learn, and a proven ability to maintain safety while producing high-quality products. Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer drug screening and background check.

The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this position. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills preferred, including data entry and retrieval.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts.
- Physical demands include frequent standing and walking, using upper extremities to handle, manipulate, lift, carry, and reach; occasional bending and squatting; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and visually identifying product quality defects.
- Prior experience in manufacturing and mechanical aptitude are preferred but not mandatory.
