We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Gundersen Health System. As a skilled nursing care facility, we are committed to providing a healthy, meaningful, and secure environment for adults of all ages.
About the Role:As a RN or LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to promote health and wellness. Your duties will include:
- Assessing patients' physiological, emotional, sociocultural, spiritual, and financial status
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote health and optimize wellness
- Providing competent and innovative patient care and education
- Documenting patient assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and response
- Evaluating patient progress and revising care plans as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- CPR certification
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
