POSITION OVERVIEW:
In partnership with the healthcare team, monitor and assess the physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of patients requiring constant supervision.
Additionally, assist in patient rounds to address overall safety requirements.Employment Options:
Opportunities for PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time positions are available, including shifts during the day, evening, night, and weekends.
Essential Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent OR an advanced degree is required.
Necessary Skills:
Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Desirable Qualifications:
Formal education in medical or behavioral health disciplines is preferred.
Valuable Experience:
Experience in de-escalating challenging situations; familiarity with working alongside behavioral health patients.
