Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our dining services team to deliver exceptional food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of dietary aides, cooks, and dishwashers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food safety protocols to meet the needs of our clients and residents.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal food production and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, residents, and employees.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and employee performance.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
