The Verland Foundation Inc is in search of a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the upkeep of various facilities. This role encompasses a range of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, concrete repairs, and roofing. The technician will need to utilize their own tools and vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided monthly.
Work Schedule:
Full Time - 40 hours per week
Typical hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties as necessary.

- Perform minor repairs on walls, sidewalks, and chimneys.
- Handle drywall repairs and painting tasks.

- Complete additional duties as assigned.
